Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of 12testeures.com (the "Service"), operated by 12Testeures ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

We provide app-testing services for Google Play closed testing: a group of real testers who opt in to your closed testing track, install your application on real Android devices, and use it during the testing period you purchased (typically 14 days), together with related guidance and support.

2. Orders and payment

Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com. Paddle handles checkout, billing, taxes, and payment security. Prices are one-time fees in US dollars as displayed at checkout.

3. Your responsibilities

• You must own or have the right to distribute the application you submit for testing.
• Your application must comply with Google Play policies and applicable law. We may refuse apps containing illegal, harmful, or deceptive content.
• You are responsible for adding our tester emails to your Play Console closed testing track and sharing a working opt-in link promptly.

4. What we guarantee — and what we don't

We guarantee that the number of testers included in your package will opt in and remain active for the purchased period, provided you complete your setup steps. We do not and cannot guarantee that Google will grant production access: that decision belongs to Google alone. See our Refund Policy for remedies if we fail to deliver.

5. Delivery timeline

Tester email lists are normally delivered within 24 hours of purchase. The testing period starts when your opt-in link is shared with us and our testers have joined your track.

6. Intellectual property and confidentiality

Your application, its code, and its content remain yours. We treat unreleased apps as confidential and do not share builds or business details with third parties.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or decisions made by Google regarding your developer account.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
